What should I expect at my first appointment?+
Your visit begins with a conversation about your history, current needs, comfort, and goals. You will have time to ask questions before care begins. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for any required paperwork.
When should prenatal massage begin?+
Prenatal massage may be appropriate at different stages of pregnancy depending on your health, symptoms, and provider guidance. Supportive positioning is used for your comfort and safety. Medical clearance may be requested when concerns or complications are present.
Is yoni steaming safe for everyone?+
No. Yoni steaming is not suitable during pregnancy, with an IUD in place, during fresh or unexplained bleeding, or in certain medical and reproductive circumstances. Every steam service begins with a consultation to identify possible contraindications.
What should I wear?+
Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. For massage, you may undress only to your personal comfort level. Professional draping is used throughout the session, and your boundaries are always respected.
What is included with the yoni steam consultation?+
The 30 minute consultation includes a review of your history and goals, personalized herbs when steaming is appropriate, and a steam protocol with guidance for timing and safe use.
How do deposits and cancellations work?+
PROV31 Massage asks for at least 24 hours notice for schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited. A missed appointment without notice may also be charged the full service price. Please review the Client Policies page for complete details.
